The Creative theme of the Bulman's food can broadly be described as a moderate blend of Medaterranian and Aisan influences, but simply put we provide a plate packed with freshness and flavour.
The Bulman uses only the finest ingredients, be it meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables.

Our poultry is free range and bought locally when available and when not only the best cornfed French poultry is used.

Special attention is payed to the sourcing of seafood and shellfish, locally caught seafood is our prefered choice. For variety we also source freshly caught exotic species, flown in to order. This ensures a diversity of choice on the menu with contrasting flavours and textures. |
